The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department is is a regulatory body of the Hong Kong government. Working with EMSD, Hypsos developed their visitor centre that showcases the department’s scope of services and highlights research on alternative and sustainable forms of energy. The highly interactive Exhibition Gallery opened in 2005.
