The Shimano Service Centre concept was developed to provide fast and professional service and promote the complete collection of Shimano products. Hypsos developed a new store within store approach to enhance the presence of Shimano in the department store environment. The pilot was installed in Megastore Hans Struijk in The Hague, the Netherlands.
