Hypsos present at the ICSC: European Conference

Destination Retail is the theme of this years conference. In the age of omni-channel the discussion is no longer about which channel will win, but rather about how channels complement each other. Going forward, physical retail will need to give consumers a compelling reason to visit the store. It must become a destination.
