In mid May the new Nutricia Experience at the Nutricia headquarters in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, opened its doors. In this new Nutricia Experience, the customer will be surprised by the number and variety of products and services offered, both current and future, as well as the rich 120 year history of the company.
Hypsos developed and realized the overall concept for the Nutricia Experience, building the interior, and creating and executing all digital experiences.
The purpose of the Nutricia Experience is ensure the right brand awareness. Customers will be delighted and inspired by the honest way that Nutricia strives to help consumers with health and nutrition, now and in the future.
Stakeholders of supermarkets, drugstore chains, online providers and pharmacies can see for themselves the latest technologies in the store through 'interactive' shelf presentations, innovative POS techniques like “Lift & Learn”, and smartphone augmented reality, whereby the shelf presentations enhance the customer experience.
Nutricia focuses on young mothers, using core values like the purity and freshness of nature, which leads to the essence of pure nutritional value. These core values are reflected in the interior of the Nutricia Experience.
In addition to a brand experience the space will also be used for PR purposes, press presentations, as well as science and consumer panels.
