ICT Proposers' Day opened its doors in Bratislava, Slovakia last week. This is a networking event promoting European ICT Research & Innovation and focusing on the Horizon 2020 Work Programme for 2016-17. This ICT event will offer a unique and exceptional opportunity to build quality partnerships with academics, researchers, industrial stakeholders, SME's and government actors from all over Europe.
The theme of ICT Proposers' Day 2016 was: Connecting. To visualize this during the event, Hypsos has put down a concept in which the river the Danube is the main key. With its origin in Germany the Danube connects 10 countries. Inspired by the natural forms of the river and its flowing and unifying force, we have suggested a blue carpet that flows through the halls of the event and connecting everything and everyone. Along the Danube 'carpet' the visitor comes along 7 'villages’ that fictional the ICT Danube basins should propose, where interesting content will be offered. Seven subjects are literally presented at the riverbank.
Hypsos has designed and realized the concept and the entire ICT Event in a hall of 12000m2
