Hypsos managed the rollout of the new in store communication for PLUS supermarkets in the Netherlands.
To apply more consistent in-store identity PLUS Retail set up a project to set up and deploy a more uniform and consistent shop image. The project was launched to address cost issues (existing multiple "shop" packages), no consistent shop image, too much on the shop floor and no correct translation of the directory to shop floor.
Hypsos was asked to take care of the inventory and deployment phases of the project. The Hypsos team first visited all 264 Plus supermarkets and took inventory. Starting from the outside facade and shopping cart shed to the separator plates at the cash register and stickers behind the service counter, everything was recorded, photographed and stored in the PLUS Retail database.
Within 6 weeks, the Hypsos merchandisers fully equipped all shops with the new action materials and removed all the old.
